Fieldwork Studio provides web design and managed hosting services for local businesses. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Project Scope and Payment
Each project is quoted at a flat fee agreed upon before work begins. Standard pricing is $500 for site design and build. Managed hosting is $30/month, billed monthly, and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate agreed upon in advance.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, and timely feedback. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines. Clients retain ownership of all content and materials they provide.
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, clients receive full ownership of their completed website. Fieldwork Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly asked not to.
Hosting and Uptime
Managed hosting is provided on a best-effort basis. We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
Fieldwork Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
